TERMS OF SERVICE
payment is upfront
i do not draw suggestive/nsfw/fetish themes or extreme gore
once a wip is sent, you may not ask for a refund. however
you may request a refund post-sketch process only if I have not finished the piece after three months. If I cannot complete the work within this time, I will either refuse your request for a commission/custom or refund you if you've already paid
your commission may be posted on my social medias, and used as commission examples. you are free to request otherwise
although credit isn't necessary once the piece is completed, you cannot claim that you've drawn it yourself
do not rush me during the process of your piece. I will be sure to send you wips with and without request
i have the right to refuse any commission for any particular reason

these terms are subject to change at any time, and once payment is sent, you are agreeing to these terms
my art— commissions, customs and otherwise, are not to be used in anything AI or NFT related. anyone in violation of this rule is subject to blacklist.
unless paid for, all scrapped concepts are owned by me and may be reused as I see fit.

THINGS TO NOTE— extra characters are half off (for interactions)— minor, simple accessories/props are free (feathers/leaves are mostly fine. I'll let you know if something is too complex.)— there is a small chance I will add props or minor shading for free! you have the freedom to decline it. :)— effects like blur, filters, vignettes, etc... are also free!— shading style will vary between rendered or cel shaded depending on the design I'm given!
